This Key Stage covers students during their first three years of secondary education at Highgate Hill. Students will be taught a broad and balanced curriculum which will provide the foundation of knowledge and skills in preparation for their GCSE options in Year 9.
At the end of this key stage students will continue with the following core subjects at GCSE level – Maths, English, a minimum of two Sciences, Geography or History, a Modern Foreign Language, PSHCE and PE. Alongside this, students will be able to select two options from a range of subjects such as Art, Music, Drama, Computer Science, Sociology, RE, Media Studies, Design Technology, Business Studies and GCSE PE.
